The sun has yet to clear the Chugach Mountains but by all accounts it looks to be a beautiful start to the day. The company work train is backing out of Brookman Siding at MP 82 on the Kenai Sub. After lining the switch back to normal they will proceed south and load rock on the mainline at Bird Point. These loads will be forwarded to the MP 59 area for dumping as the RR prepares the south end for the arrival of daily passenger service. If one looks closely you can see a working caboose on this train.
