Remarks & Notes |
BNSF 3916 leads a westbound Z train out of Spokane, WA on the old NP main track up to Cheney as it heads towards Portland, OR. The new ET44C4 was the first such unit delivered to BNSF by General Electric. It has plenty of assistance getting the train out of town. This shot is a bit unusual in that MOW work on the SPS main caused the re-route of this train up to Marshall where it will cross back to the normal SPS main, used for westbounds. The NP line typically handles the eastbounds into Spokane. |
