| A solo ex-IC SD40-2 pulls the L51691 out of Kirk Yard over the new alignment which swings around Gary / Chicago International Airport. The new alignment allowed for both an extended runway for the airport and a nice photo opportunity off the Airport Rd overpass. IC 6100 is 1of only 2 6100 series SD40-2s that survived the torch with #6137 being the other. |
