P99 finally rolls by the signals at North Advance at about 6:00 P.M. on account of delays due to the new signals being cut-in in Salisbury and Spencer. Through trains and Amtrak were filed down track two from Linwood to Reid under a track authority and 10 MPH speed restriction. Several road freights were delayed from leaving Linwood yard until well after 10:00 P.M., including 119, 337, 135, and 173.
