| DMIR 210 leads an SD38/tunnel motor trio on a dock ore train as it begins its descent down Proctor Hill to the Duluth ore docks. Loads typically ran left handed down the grade, although by this time the uphill track appeared to be out of service. It would soon be removed. I always admired the way the crews handled these trains down this "mountain" grade with fully loaded trains, typically in ore jennies too old for interchange service. |
