Steam locomotive Myron H. races a different breed of track vehicle - the Millennium Force roller coaster.
Myron H. was built by Vulcan Iron Works in 1922 and started out as a locomotive for the Wayne Coal Company. After changing hands several times it was acquired by Cedar Point in 1963. The locomotive is named after Mike "Myron" Hetrick, former New York Central employee, and a superintendent of the CP&LE. |
