Remarks & Notes
The Cle Elum Turn, which originated in Auburn, WA was used to handle carload traffic over Stampede Pass and exchange trains with traffic brought west from Pasco/Yakima. Here, the turn under the control of 5 F units, heads west out of Easton near Cabin Creek. A careful look will find the Milwaukee Road mainline just across the river.
