How to Make it Even Uglier

Adding a BNSF freight engine to most Metrolink trains certainly conflicts with the carrier's streamlined equipment. BNSF AC4400CW 5627 is even less attractive, since its nose has been repainted, obliterating the railroad's identity from the front. This is Metrolink train 267, which will shortly depart Los Angeles' Union Station for Lancaster, an L.A. suburb about 75 miles away in California's Mojave Desert. The stories you've heard about L.A.'s urban sprawl are true...
