Remarks & Notes
A trio of GP40-2s have spent the day loading ballast on the Leadville Branch. The short heavy train is departing after a short stop for a meet. The train likely has retainers set, a skill that is almost forgotten with todays big AC motors and DPU.

Railroading in the 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, basically anything but the 2000s.
