| On October 16, westbound roadrailer train 261 suffered a flat spot on the wheel of one of its trailers. It was instructed to pull forward to the crossing in Tipton so that it could be cut out of the train and coupled to a semi cab. In this image, we see the semi arriving to pickup the trailer as eastbound train 22W slowly rolls through the work limits. The signal maintainer has tied the gate up so that the semi can get onto the crossing. After 22W cleared, it would take about 45 minutes start to finish to get the trailer cut out and on the road. |
