This morning, the Sanitation District of Chicago ran a public education tour for local municipal agencies. For the occasion, they brought out their MP15 (which was repainted into this blue and white scheme last year) and caboose, along with the usual train of side dump cars. It's seen passing under Harlem Avenue in Lyons, headed back east to the plant in Stickney.
