Two hundred loads of coal are slowing to a 10 mile per hour crawl at RB Cabin near Louisa, passing the abandoned tunnel of the original Chatteroi Railroad to which the CSX (ex-C&O) Big Sandy Subdivision was formed out of. Today, the railroad crosses the Levisa Fork on a single track truss bridge, while the citizens of Lawrence County now use the former Chatteroi RR bridge & tunnel to reach their homes along the mainline.
