Dressed in YN3, CSXT Road Slug 2324 stands at the Dog House in Union City, Georgia with it's GP40-2 mother 6472. Built in September 1962 as L&N GP30 1007, the unit survived into the active CSXT roster until late 1989 as CSXT 4039. During the rebuild process of becoming a slug, dynamic brakes were added and the nose mounted headlight was relocated to the conventional location.
