Working 2nd shift allowed me to catch this Conrail SD50 leading a weekday eastbound manifest past the classic Reading RR Lebanon Valley Branch signal in Sinking Spring. No. 6824 was built by EMD in February, 1986. It was later renumbered as CR 5471 and ended up with National Railway Equipment; scrapped in Silvis, IL, sometime in 2013.
Not
just heritage schemes, not just commemorative schemes - this album is devoted to some of the world's most interesting paint schemes, past or present.
