Remarks & Notes
Train 77 heads west for Port Jervis, crossing the still waters of the Hackensack River on a fine October afternoon. This symbol is normally only found on the weekend schedule. However, in the aftermath of a serious accident at Hoboken Terminal, NJ Transit was forced to operate a modified weekend schedule on all lines operating out of the terminal. Main/Bergen County Line trains operating on this schedule originate and terminate at Secaucus Junction where riders must transfer to the Northeast Corridor for a ride to New York.
