| A pair of helpers push a Norfolk Southern intermodal train through Tipton, PA on this beautiful June morning. I couldn't help but enjoy the uncommon view of standard cabs with a modern day intermodal train. I was suprised to see helpers on this train as most trains do not attain helpers until Altoona right before the grade begins. Tipton is still about 10 miles from the bottom of the grade so this train recieved its helpers very early. |
