For a short time during the summer of 2015, NS 169 was routed between PA and Birmingham, AL via the Piedmont division. The train usually set of a good sized cut of Macon-bound cars in Linwood, often resulting in a dinky little train south of Linwood. Also no longer with us is the old 11th street signal bridge, deactivated in May 2016. This is one of the only times I managed to shoot 169 on the Piedmont.
