Approaching its destination of Toccoa, Georgia, the North Carolina Transportation Museum's Georgia Autumn Special soars over the very dry Tugaloo River on an amazing fall day, with Amtrak's Phase I and Phase III heritage units in tow, along with a string of historic and colorful passenger coaches.
