RTA 118 rolls an early afternoon rush hours commuter train west out of Union Station in downtown Chicago, heading under the Chicago & North Western entry into their Madison Street Station. An F40C in the background is shoving another commuter run into the depot. Note the Pennsy position signal above the first coach. Pennsy had ownership of a short segment of this trackage north of Union Station.
