Four SD60Ms sit in Anaheim, California, on March 9, 2013. Two of them have been rebuilt, however, and are now SD59M-2 / SD22ECO / SD59MX locomotives. (Take your pick as the model designation, as they are all correct depending upon whose teminology you use. The EMD builder's plate ... er ... sticker, applied when they were rebuilt, lists them as SD59M-2 locomotives. Progress Rail, who did the rebuilding for EMD, lists them as SD22ECO. And SD59MX is the UP class that is marked on their cab sides.) Facing the camera is UP SD59M-2 9905 (ex-UP SD60M 2495, nee-UP 6340), coupled to SD60M 2391 (ex-UP 2299, nee-UP 6240), followed by SD60M 2286 (ex-UP 6131) and, on the opposite end is SD59M-2 9903 (ex-UP SD60M 2473, nee-UP 6318).
