CNW SD45s 945 and 952 and a GP30 arrive in Eau Claire, WI from Spooner at Yukon, the junction with the Twin Cities-Chicago mainline. The distinctive flared radiators stood out more on CNW with the lack of dynamic brakes. Another feature I have noticed as I go through photos, the CNW SD45s almost all seemed to have the gong bell mounted at an angle on the nose. Maybe they were trying to mimic the ball and bar logo(?)
