| The conductor aboard Amtrak 761 this morning leans out of one of the horizon coach's vestibules to give the crew of Amtrak 774 a friendly wave as the two trains meet at their scheduled passing point at Seacliff. Bringing up the rear of 761 today is the AMTK 90230, which despite being a common sight on the coast when this photo was taken, would be sorely missed once it departed Los Angeles for its rebuild in Beech Grove - replaced by a standard, Phase V painted NPCU. |
