| Something that was so common for decades is now a thing of the past. A stout little locomotive that became the face of Metroliner and the majority of the conventional trains on the NEC had a number of nicknames including Swedish Meatball, Mighty Mouse and Toaster. One exists preserved for the public to enjoy and for those of us who experienced them day in and day out to tell stories about "I remember when..." like the old timers did to us about things we had no connection to. |
