Towards the end of the 90's, BNSF had been a merged company for about 4 years. The power lashups were mixed bag of everything. This hotshot has the end of an era, and beginning of the next era one all wrapped into on train. The superfleets and the yellow and blues were being replace day newer Dash 9's.
Now days its all GE's on the southern Transcon Main. Also the Santa Fe style signals are all gone too with the PTC upgrades to the Marceline Sub. Plus also gone is the all trailer Intermodal trains.
