A Santa Fe intermodal train approaches Siberia, California, on March 7, 1995. Not much is left of the town of Siberia except for the Santa Fe station sign and this crumbling stone and concrete structure south of the main line. Four Super Fleet locomotives power the eastbound train through the Mojave Desert from Barstow to the crew change point at Needles.
