| Amidst a fresh dusting of snow an eastbound BNSF vehicle train circles over itself on the famed Loop at Walong. This engineering marvel, carved into existence in 1876 under the direction of Southern Pacific's William Hood, is every bit the spectacle today as it was 141 years ago, drawing people from all over the world to witness the landmark that is the Tehachapi Loop. |
