Remarks & Notes |
The Ohio Central's (G&W) Burr Oak Turn idles after loading it's train at Buckingham Coal Co. south of Corning this afternoon. A Columbus bound Kanawha River Railroad freight had the track to New Lexington, but after clearing the area, the BOT was given the track to New Lexington, where they return to home rails for their trek to AEP's power-plant at Conesville. This train was approximately 35 cars in length and operates in a push-pull fashion. There is another SD40-2 on the other end of the train out of sight. This train operates several days per week. |
