| Amtrak 500 brings up the rear of the Leavenworth Snow Train as it waits in Winton siding for a BNSF freight to roll by westbound. The train is en route to Leavenworth for an afternoon of snowy activities and a Christmas tree lighting ceremony. It will return west to Seattle after dark. This season a GE was operated on each end, push pull style. The car in front of the locomotive is a former GN full length dome. |
