This train apparently was the hottest train on the railroad in August 1975. This relatively short hotshot just met an eastbound freight at Savona siding and is hightailing it west toward Ashcroft and Boston Bar, staying in front of the Super Continental which was right on its tail at North Kamloops, and is only a few blocks behind it now. In typical western Canada style, the crew is a bit slow on turning the headlight back on after the meet.
