Remarks & Notes
Central Vermont road freights in the early 1980s were pulled by long strings of GP9s and RS11s. On an October morning in 1983, northbound train 447 gets underway out of White River Jct., VT, behind five green GP9s, bound for St. Albans and a CN connection.
