| An engineer poses for a shot next to his locomotive - one of New York Central's unique "Century Green" painted E8's of which only a single A-B-A set ever ran in service. Meanwhile to the left, a conductor hangs from the side of New York Central's "Hickory Creek" assisting in a positioning move for NYC's 20th Limited. Seems one of the passengers is on board enjoying both the view and a beverage. This was part of the United Railroad Historical Society of New Jersey's annual night photography event. |
