Remarks & Notes
On June 14, 2009, afternoon storms dump rain in the mountains to the east as a westbound Union Pacific Operation Lifesaver special led by AC4400CW No. 7250 heads west out of Rogers Mesa, Colorado. On the east end of the four-car passenger train is Rio Grande heritage SD70ACe No. 1989 and UP E9B No. 963B used as lead locomotives on eastbound trips up the branch.
