| Cab 555097 on Westmoreland Coal's Dump Train approaches the road crossing at Mudlick Junction (ex-Interstate Railroad) on a foggy southwest Virginia morning. The conductor riding the cab's back porch uses the high pitched cab whistle to alert approaching motorists. |
