| One of CSX's newest rebuild projects, an SD40E3, leads CSAO WPCA-11 back towards Camden. Conrail South Jersey has been assigned this unit to do remote work with, but for now it has stayed on the division's biggest money maker local for testing. The 1707 is rebuilt from former SD40-2 #8059. |
