| The abandoned rails of the New Jersey Zinc Company’s yard at West Hazard, Pennsylvania lay silent as Conrail train OICG rolls past. Three consecutively numbered C30-7A;s have a GP38-2 in tow to be dropped at the Charmin plant in Mehoopany. |
