The Reading & Northern logo as featured on its RDC's (Rail Diesel Cars) - No. 9166, here, in acknowledgment of its origins in 1983 primarily as an Anthracite Coal Hauling Short Line Railroad. Today RBMN’s system has expanded to over 300 miles of track and includes a roster of well over 30 locomotives, including three steam locomotives, several RDC's, two recently acquired F units and in excess of 1000 cars.
