It's funny how time changes your point of view. After shooting big Alcos coming under Hwy 35 near Partridge Siding, it was a bit of a letdown to shoot SD40-2's here, especially with a repainted Zito yellow one on the point. Fast forward 30 years and the CNW becomes the UP, then the WC, and finally the CN. Close the Empire Mine and ore trains have pretty become extinct here. That light yellow EMD doesn't look so bad anymore....
