After meeting CSX Q676-06 (Nashville,TN-Hamlet,NC) at the siding at Graysville, GA (MP WA-121.4 NE Graysville) CSX Q582-06 (Atlanta,GA-Nashville,TN) receive the signal to proceed north for Chattanooga, TN. The traffic was extremely heavy, and AC-dispatcher has it's hands full giving out EC-1 forms on most of the line, due to the heavy amount of rain causing moderate flood along the Western & Atlantic Sub (WA).
