Remarks & Notes
Alaska Railroad's unique Hurricane Turn is sitting on its namesake The Hurricane Bridge over Hurricane Gulch. This bridge is 916' long and 296' from the top of the rail to the bottom of the Gulch. A pretty impressive structure built in 1921.
