EBFL (EisenBahnFreunde Lienz - Railfans Lienz) organised a 2 day excursion from Lienz in South Tyrol to Mallnitz-Obervellach at the top of Tauern pass. They made a photo run up&down the pass both mornings, then carried passengers between Spittal-Milstattersee and Lienz all day, followed by another Tauern-turn in the evening (photographed here on the first day while passing Pfaffenberg-Zwenberg brücke). On the first day, 1042.23 was on lease at the club, next day their own Crocodile, 1020 018 provided the power for the 3 Schlieren-car set (Ap,Bp, BDp). My goal was to take a photo, from which you can't tell if it was made in 1978, or 1989, or in recent years. Of course, all the vehicles and the bridge already existed at that time. What do you think, did I pull it off?
