| CSX loaded coal train N016-15 crawls up the grade into Emerson,GA behind SD40-2's #8462 & #8350, AC4400CW #130 & ES44AC #3308. This train normally would have gone through Birmingham but due to a derailment was routed through Georgia. The #8462 was built in 1969 as Missouri Pacific #740 and used to spend a lot of time on the hump at Tilford in Atlanta (hence the lights on the cab). The #8350 was built in 1971 for the Clinchfield Railroad. |
