CP 1401 leads the Canada 150 train west through Canmore. I spotted this train in Calgary and was lucky enough to get ahead of it. It was quite a surprise to see this train. I was aware of the train's schedule posted on CP's website. It stated that it was starting on July 28th in Vancouver, then heading east. Apparently, it had a surprise stop in Banff for the evening.
