From monday to friday, there are two peak hours (HVZ=Haupt Verkehrs Zeit) trains between Romanshorn and Zürich (called S 23) and vice versa, with a 10 car doubledeck train and Re 420 LION top and tail in multiple. This trains habe a capacity of 1266 seats (7 second class cars and 3 first/second class cars). Both trains are stabled in Romanshorn overnight and during the weekends usually.
