A spiffy former ATSF rebuild works the Kinder Morgan Willbridge Terminal in NW Portland. Starting this month, the dash-3 upgraded units have been showing up around the north western US, including Wishram and Seattle. These units were common in Southern California, but seem to be reassigned after their rebuilds have been completed. Maybe they'll acquire less graffiti in the NW?
