They're not the most beautiful locomotives at Rumo roster, but they're brand new (by the date of the photo, of course).
GE Brazil, 2016: The ES43BBi model, is the GE's project to modernize the metric gauge roster. Here we see a pair of them, standing by in Canguera, near the old station. In this ocasion, four of these units were assigned to run the cellulose trains from Mairink to Santos. Unfortunatelly for a short period. All of them were transfered to south lines of Rumo, at Parana state.
