The Great Pumpkins
As the rain let up for just the moment you can see a heavier band of shower are heading northeast toward the Cumberland Plateau.NS 736 (CSX Z601-08 ) is slowly creeping pass the now 100 year old southwestern architecture N.C.& St.L Depot up toward the the south-end signals just north of downtown Bridgeport, AL (MP J-122.4 SE Bridgeport) on the CSX Chattanooga Sub. The crew of the Plant Scherer coal bucket are unaware that the signal had went from an approach to a clear signal indication for the train to proceed south toward Chattanooga for the NS trackage. the line to the far right is the Sequatchie Valley Railroad branch that lead north for Jasper, TN the old NC&StL Dunlap coal line. |
