A lone Dash 9 shoves on the back of this loaded grain out of Alberta, MN, that is westbound on the Jamestown Sub. The train is crossing the massive bridge over the Sheyenne River at Valley City. The bridge is 3,860 feet long and 162 feet above the river. Construction work began on July 5, 1906 and it was completed on May 8, 1908. The CP Carrington Sub crosses under the bridge on the east end.
