| A remarkable looking ETAT, former Ouest Railway, 2-4-2 waits to leave Tours with a train omnibus for Sarge in 1935. There were originally 120 of these locos built as 2-4-0s in 1879-84 of which 20 were rebuilt in 1894 as 2-4-2s. Note the electric 'Navette' on the right which says 'Tours - Saint Pierre des Corps' on its side used to ferry staff to the locomotive depot there.
