Remarks & Notes
A four-car set of Penn Central Metroliners now operated by Amtrak reaches for the wires as the train hums along at Iselin, NJ, on its way from New York to Washington. In early 1972 Amtrak was still in the process of purchasing this and other passenger equipment from PC.
