Remarks & Notes |
An eastbound North Jersey Coast Line local crosses the Raritan River Drawbridge over the cold waters of Raritan Bay. This bridge suffered severe damage during "Superstorm Sandy" and is expected to be replaced by a new lift bridge in the near future. The locomotive powering the train is one of only two GP40PH-2Bs on NJ Transit to wear the "Speed-Stripe" paint scheme. |
